Catered accomodation: what’s included:

For per-week stays:

  • 7 nights accommodation commencing on date shown above
  • Bed linen and towels are provided. Midweek towel change available
  • 6 afternoon teas
  • 6 x 4 course dinner with wine and coffee
  • 7 breakfasts (6 with hot dish)
  • Cots, child beds, highchairs and loan of other equipment subject to availability
  • Local taxes (Taxe de sejour)

Note no dinner or tea provided on staff day off.

Catered chalets: what’s NOT included:

  • Insurance
  • Lift pass
  • Lunches (packed lunches available for extra charge)
  • Drinks from Chalet Minibar (other than table wine provided during dinner until coffee is served)
  • Ski or other equipment hire
  • Car parking (may be booked in advance)
  • Dinner on chalet night off
  • Travel to/from your home to/from the resort
  • Ski school (we can arrange but normally require payment in cash on arrival)
  • Airport transfers (we can arrange but normally require payment in cash )

Self-catered accomodation: what’s included:

For per-week stays:

  • 7 nights self-catering accommodation commencing on date shown above
  • Electricity, water etc. included
  • The services of in-resort agent
  • Swimming pool, sauna, WiFi, games room and other facilities provided within the accomodation complex (subject to availability)
  • Bed linen and towels are provided. Midweek towel change available
  • Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc)
  • Hire of cots, child beds, highchairs etc subject to availability
  • Local taxes (Taxe de sejour)

Self-catered accomodation: what’s NOT included:

  • Pre-departure cleaning (you are expected to leave the accommodation as clean and as tidy as when you arrived, otherwie charges may be deducted from your deposit). Post-departure cleaning can be provided for €80 - €100 euros, mid-week cleaning available for €50 - 80 euros.

Booking Terms:

Once we have agreed dates, accomodation details and price we will send you an invoice, payment form, party details form and our terms and conditions. A deposit of 1/3rd is required to confirm the booking, payable within 7 days. The remainder is due 8 weeks before date of arrival. In each case single payments are required. Payments for other services booked in advance by us for you (transfers, child care, ski school etc.) will be requested on arrival at the chalet.

In the case of self-catering accomodation a cautionary deposit against cleaning, damage etc. of €500 is required. Details will be given on the booking invoice.

Pets and other animals are not permitted in our properties with the exception of La Grange d'Alice (advance agreement required).
